Courier Services:

We use third party delivery services for order fulfilments, We do not do shipping/delivery. We use multiple partners for delivery based on parameters like Rating, Cost, Feedback and service areas/locations. Our utmost objective is to be able to service our customer effectively and efficiently.

Receiver or Authorized Receiver at the Delivery Address:

Once a customer places order on our website, we pack and hand over to our delivery partner and the Tracking Number and the Service Provider name will be messaged to our customers.

We expect the receiver or authorized receiver to be available on the day of delivery at the delivery address, the general practice of the courier companies is to return the product, if the customer is unavailable at the delivery address. As the products here are perishable and there is a great possibility of product returning to the origin in perished state, we will not be able to entertain any refunds.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

The window for cancellation of the orders is with in 30mins of the order, if he/she can wish to cancel order by phone or email. The refund for such orders will be done with in 10 working days through the same mode as payment.

Shipping Policies:

We ship products with in a 1 day of the order.

Taste of Mangoes:

Coutallammangoes.com doesn’t delivery promises on the taste of the mangoes as taste is a relative term of use.

Mango Conditions:

We ship mangoes in the Raw Condition, expecting it would be ripe with a day or two after you receive, Please see ripening instruction manual. It is natural for perishable goods to perish after its shelf life, In some situations mangoes do perish before its shelf life, In such conditions we expect our customers to email us pictures with the received package for us to take remedy.
