Nothing more certain for us than to ensure the quality of the product, we make sure to pick and pack each order directly from trees. We have our set parameters assigned for each packing. Grass bedding, sorting fruits based on color for arrangement etc.
On order dispatch you will receive a LR / Consignment number on your phone and you can track the status from the official website of the delivery partner or get in touch with the them for any other queries.
As we are based in Tamilnadu and our delivery could be best served fresh to our customers with in state, we are in process innovation to add more pin-codes with out compromising on the freshness and the quality of our products.
Due to the shipment conditions the ripened mangoes are more prone to damage and mangoes are ripened with in short time in ideal conditions.
We ship mangoes those are ready to ripe, in the transit they are ripened at best.
please unpack the package and check for ripe ones and keep the unripe ones at room temperature in the same received package for couple of days till they are ripe.
You don’t have to think about it with us, but due to un-forseen conditions in package delays or any unforeseen conditions if the mangoes are rotten. Immediately contact us as soon as you received the package. We would not mind replacing.
